Roman Mojito

A timeless classic, our take on a mojito blends the traditional Cuban aspects with a true taste of Northumberland. Fresh and punchy, this cocktail is one for the serious gin-drinkers among us.



- 50ml Hadrian's Wall Gin

- 125ml Fever-Tree Soda Water

- Simple Syrup/Sugar

- Fresh Mint

- Raspberries

- Whole, fresh lime

- Crushed Ice



- Squeeze four quarters of a fresh lime into tall glass.

- Add Raspberries and muddle.

- Add gin, mint and simple syrup.

- Add ice and stir thoroughly.

- Top up with Fever-Tree Soda Water.

- Garnish with Mint.

- Serve and enjoy!
